The surest way to overcome stress is to observe how you react to it. Many teachers have discovered this simple but effective observation exercise for overcoming stress. Practicing this exercise on a daily basis will provide you with an effortless ability to control your reactions to stress at school, as well as improving your life in many other areas. However, that should not be your motivation to learn this technique. There must be a deeper desire in your heart. Do you long for understanding and truth? Would you like to become a better person?
